Role Description

 

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Salesman based in Des Moines, IA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves generating new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing sales processes, running construction jobs and representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Sales Presentations and New Business Development

  • Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
